Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cake:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch cake pans.
  • In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
