    August 20, 2026
“ADAM IS ON A WHOLE DIFFERENT LEVEL — OH DAMN!” 😱🔥 Adam Lambert just delivered the kind of performance that makes the Freddie Mercury comparisons impossible to ignore, as The Voice Australia coaches joined forces for a jaw-dropping Queen medley. 🎤

Adam Lambert proved once again that he can make almost any song his own when he took the stage to honor George Michael with a powerful rendition of the 1987 classic “Faith.” Adam was on stage for the finale of the 2016 one-off show when the stunning performance of ‘Faith’ took place. Adam Lambert has always been a huge fan of George Michael and in March 2020 said he would love to be considered for playing George in a biopic about his life. Picture: ABC The Queen frontman performed the song during the finale of ABC’s one-off television special Greatest Hits in 2016, delivering a performance that immediately captivated the audience. Greatest Hits was a six-episode series celebrating some of the biggest songs from the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s. The program brought together major stars including Seal, John Legend, the Backstreet Boys, Sheryl Crow, Ariana Grande and Celine Dion to celebrate iconic music from recent decades. For the finale, Lambert was given the honor of performing George Michael’s “Faith,” while Ariana Grande paid tribute to Whitney Houston with “How Will I Know” and John Legend performed Lauryn Hill’s “Ex-Factor.” The era from 1980 to 1985 was ultimately named the greatest musical period of the series. Lambert has long spoken about his admiration for George Michael, making his choice of “Faith” especially fitting. His energetic interpretation showcased his remarkable vocal control while preserving the spirit of Michael’s original hit. Rather than attempting to imitate the late singer, Lambert brought his own personality and powerful stage presence to the performance. The tribute also reflected Lambert’s deep respect for legendary artists whose music influenced him. Adam Lambert paid tribute to George Michael’s 1987 hit, ‘Faith’. Picture: Getty In 2020, Lambert revealed that he would be interested in portraying George Michael in a potential biopic. Speaking about the possibility, he said he believed Michael’s life would be fascinating to explore and even volunteered himself for the role. “I’d give it a go,” Lambert said when asked whether he would consider playing the Wham! star. The “Faith” performance also surfaced around the same period as another memorable Lambert collaboration that had begun years earlier. In 2012, Queen + Adam Lambert embarked on a short European tour, including performances in Moscow, Wrocław and three nights at London’s Apollo. During that period, Lambert shared the stage with Queen drummer Roger Taylor for a memorable rendition of “Under Pressure.” That collaboration was part of the journey that would eventually see Lambert become Queen’s touring frontman, performing alongside Brian May and Roger Taylor around the world. Queen + Adam Lambert have since taken their shows across numerous countries, including South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Europe and North America. During the COVID-19 pandemic, May, Taylor and Lambert also found ways to continue performing together remotely, staging a series of performances from their homes. Queen later released Live Around the World, which reached No. 1 and gave the band its first chart-topping album in 25 years. But Lambert’s performance of “Faith” remains a memorable example of his ability to honor a musical icon while keeping the performance unmistakably his own. For fans of both Lambert and George Michael, it was more than simply a cover of a beloved 1980s hit. It was a heartfelt tribute from one extraordinary vocalist to another — and a reminder of why George Michael’s music continues to resonate with audiences decades later.

The lights dimmed, the crowd hushed, and then—Adam Lambert took the stage. Dressed in a striking ensemble, he locked eyes with the audience, a knowing smirk playing on his lips. The moment the first electrifying notes of Acid Queen filled Broadway’s Gershwin Theatre, it was clear: this wasn’t just a performance—it was a spectacle. Tackling a Tina Turner classic is no small feat, but Lambert didn’t just cover it—he owned it. His powerhouse vocals dripped with raw intensity, weaving between seduction and danger, commanding every inch of the stage. The audience, mesmerized, couldn’t look away. Broadway Backwards 2025 wasn’t just about the music—it was about breaking barriers and celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community. And with over $1.1 million raised for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the night was a triumph. But ask anyone who was there, and they’ll tell you: the real magic?

No one expected a rockstar lullaby—but what unfolded under the lights of the Sydney Opera House left the world breathless. “Bet they didn’t expect me to sing with one arm and cradle my son with the other,” Adam Lambert said with a teary smile. Keith Urban chuckled and replied, “You’re rewriting the definition of a rockstar, man.” As Keith strummed the first notes of “You’ll Be in My Heart,” Adam stepped forward—newborn nestled against his chest—and began to sing. His voice, usually soaring and powerful, softened into something achingly tender. The crowd fell silent, wrapped in the intimacy of the moment. One man with a guitar. One man with a baby. And together, they delivered more than a duet—they gave the world a glimpse of love at its purest. In that lullaby, fatherhood met fame, and something unforgettable took center stage

“A Duet of Grief and Glory” — Sharon Osbourne and Andrea Bocelli Leave 20,000 in Tears at Ozzy’s Funeral No one expected Sharon to sing, but when Andrea Bocelli began “Time to Say Goodbye,” she stepped forward, dressed in black, voice trembling. Together, they delivered a haunting tribute, their voices soaring in sorrowful harmony. The crowd of 20,000 fell into stunned silence, many openly weeping. It wasn’t just a song—it was a final love letter, a sacred farewell. As the last note faded, there was no applause—only stillness. In that raw, heart-wrenching moment, Ozzy Osbourne was remembered not just as a rock icon, but as a husband deeply loved and lost

“One Voice Trembled, The Other Lifted—And a Nation Held Its Breath.” At Trooping the Colour 2025, Andrea Bocelli began singing “I Vow to Thee, My Country,” and Princess Kate quietly stepped beside him—not as royalty, but as a woman carrying the weight of a nation. Her voice shook, then soared, met by Bocelli’s steady tenor. The crowd of 60,000 stood silent. William held George’s hand. Even King Charles closed his eyes. When the final note faded and they clasped hands, it wasn’t just a duet—it was a moment of unity, grief, and grace. “She didn’t sing to impress,” someone whispered, “she sang to heal.” That day, Kate wasn’t behind palace gates. She was all of us
