You’ll go off the deep end for this Fish Lasagna – the ideal pasta dish that takes care of a group!

Fixings:

8 box lasagna noodles

1 cup ricotta cheddar

2 cup mozzarella cheddar

1 tbsp parsley

1 tbsp margarine

1 lb. One bottle of Alfredo sauce, chopped shrimp, peeled and deveined

Bake at 350 degrees. Melt butter in a large skillet and cook the shrimp until they turn pink.

While shrimp is cooking, cook noodles in enormous pot until the are still somewhat firm.

Lay the cooked noodles flat and allow them to cool.

In a little bowl blend the shrimp, mozzarella, ricotta cheddar and parsley.

Spread the cheddar blend on the noodles and roll.

Roll each noodle until it’s all rolled. Noodles should be in a baking dish.

Pour alfredo sauce on top of noodles. Sprinkle with parsley and mozzarella cheese.

Bake for two hours.
