Emma Stone has been praised after viewers on social media think they have worked out what she said about Jimmy Kimmel during the Oscars.

For this year’s Academy Awards, late night presenter Jimmy Kimmel returned to host the famous event, as millions watch on from home.

In his opening monologue, Kimmel did not hold back as he joked about Christopher Nolan having a porn addiction, Robert Downey Jr’s ‘rectangular-shaped’ manhood and AI.

In a controversial quip about Robert Downey Jr’s history of drug abuse, Kimmel said: “This is the highest point of Robert Downey Jr’s long and illustrious career. Well, one of the highest points.”

ABC

He went on to joke: “Is that an acceptance speech in your pocket or do you just have a very rectangular penis?”

He also took a dig at the Academy for not nominating Barbie director Greta Gerwig.

“I know you’re clapping, but you’re the ones who didn’t vote for her,” he said.

Now, taking to social media, viewers think they have worked out what Stone said about Kimmel’s jokes.

Playing a clip of her saucy new movie, host Jimmy joked: “Those were all the parts of Poor Things we were allowed to show on TV.”

“She’s so real for that ngl, can’t help but stan,” one person commented.

As another thought: “Some jokes shouldn’t been said.”

LADbible Group has contacted Stone’s representative for a comment.

Despite getting laughs from the crowd, people have also complained that his speech was ‘too long’.

“Jimmy Kimmel Full Oscar Speech (3hrs 23mins),” one person tweeted.

“How long is Jimmy Kimmel’s speech going to be can he wrap this up now,” a second said.

“Jimmy Kimmel can be done any time now. He is going way too long, and he’s trying to be so over the top. I just don’t know,” a third added.

Fans think Stone hit out at Kimmel.

Fans have praised Pamela Anderson for going make-up free at the Oscars after she ditched her signature glam look for a heartbreaking reason.

The 56-year-old Baywatch star wowed at the Vanity Fair afterparty following the 96th Academy Awards last night (10 March).

She donned a stunning floral, floor-length dress that featured yellow and purple flower motifs with her blonde locks falling loosely by her shoulders.

Fans have since rushed to social media to share their praise for the Hollywood icon going make-up free, with one X user writing: “She looks amazing!”

“Beautiful!” gushed a second, while a third echoed: “Wow beautiful!”

A fourth chimed in: “She looks great!”

“She is so naturally stunning,” echoed a fifth, “like how do people just look like this?”

“Such a babe!” added another, while a final X user commented: “Pam Anderson will Always be BEAUTIFUL!”

Damn straight.

This is by no means the first time the actor has gone makeup-free, as she was also seen without any beauty products during Paris Fashion Week last autumn (28 September) and at the 2023 Fashion Awards red carpet a couple months back (4 December).

The icon has regularly rocked a glowing bare-faced look and, while it shouldn’t be a big deal whatsoever if celebs decide to wear makeup or not during public events, it’s clear it’s sadly very much not the norm.

Pamela previously opened up about the reason as to why she’s scaled back her signature bombshell makeup look, telling Elle Magazine last August that it came shortly after a huge personal loss.

After losing her close friend and makeup artist, Alexis Vogel, to breast cancer in 2019, Pamela made the decision to leave her iconic look behind.

“She was the best,” the mum-of-two shared. “And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup.”

Anderson also revealed that ditching the makeup look that helped skyrocket her to fame was actually a welcomed change, telling the outlet the novel experience was ‘freeing, and fun, and a little rebellious, too’.

“I did notice that there were all these people doing big make-up looks, and it’s just like me to go against the grain and do the opposite of what everyone’s doing,” she explained.

Pamela Anderson reveals she was ‘roped’ into old style after sharing why she decided to ditch makeup

How many of us have headed out for the day having put on a full face of makeup although we know, deep down, we’d rather go without it?

Imagine spending the day being able to rub your eyes whenever you want, without the threat of thick black smears all over your face.

Yet, for a lot of women, the sometimes unspoken but very prevalent societal pressure of always needing to ‘look good’ is a crushing weight on our shoulders, often too hard to ignore, and so we bow to the pressure.

And that’s why, when Pamela Anderson – a global symbol of sex appeal and beauty, known for her signature smoky eye makeup and accentuated lips – decided to go completely makeup free last year, it was a breath of fresh air to women everywhere.

Anderson was made famous by modelling for Playboy and acting in Baywatch, two things which showcase her obvious talent in different ways, yet were dominated by the male gaze and conversations around her often, if not always, boiled down to her perceived attractiveness.

Ever since Anderson landed in the public eye, men have lauded her as the ultimate sex symbol and women have tried to adopt her makeup routine. This was revived again after the broadcast of Pam & Tommy in 2022, a drama chronicling the life and love of Anderson and Tommy Lee.

Being the queen that she is, Anderson turned all of this reignited attention on its head in September 2023, arriving totally makeup-free at Paris Fashion Week.

Anderson’s initial reason for the change was heartbreaking, explaining that she arrived at the decision to leave makeup behind after the tragic loss of her close friend and makeup artist Alexis Vogel in 2019.

“I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup”, she stated last year.

recent interview with Highsnobiety checks back in with Anderson for a fresh perspective on life without the cosmetic glam, and it’s something not many people would expect.

Anderson admitted that her signature look which catapulted her to fame was completely inauthentic to her.

“I was actually always a tomboy growing up,” she explained. “I never wanted to wear a dress. I was athletic. I made mud pies.”

The reason why the star adopted this look and stuck with it despite it not being an accurate reflection of who she truly was comes down to one thing: success.

She explained: “We all get roped into, ‘Oh, I want to be successful so I can have this and this, and show people that I’m cool, chic, admired.

“And then we’re all just left with debt and a fancy car. It’s just like chasing age. You’re not going to win. A life is less conclusive than that.”

While Anderson’s makeup free era might have taken a while to sink in for some people – including her sons Brandon Thomas and Dylan Jagger who were apprehensive about the whole thing – women from all walks of life let out a collective sigh.

One X user remarked: “I love seeing pictures of Pamela Anderson without makeup because she looks so friggin’ happy.”

Another weighed in, adding: “I seriously love that Pamela Anderson is going to red carpet events without any makeup & is still looking like a beauty.”

Pamela Anderson praised for makeup-free look after previously opening up on why she's ditching glam

Pamela Anderson has been praised for her gorgeous make-up free look in a new set of snaps, after previously opening up about why she’s ditching the glam vibe.

While she’s best known for glamorous appearance, in recent years, the model, actor and animal rights activist has decided to strip things back, embracing a more natural look – even at star-studded events like 2023 Paris Fashion Week.

Anderson has said the shift in style was rooted in her desire for ‘freedom’, but also revealed there’s another, more heartbreaking, reason behind the simplified beauty routine.

She told Elle that dropping her signature look came shortly after her friend, makeup artist Alexis Vogel, died in 2019, having been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Anderson told the outlet: “She was the best. And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup.”

She also claimed that it has been ‘freeing, fun and a little bit rebellious’ to debut a new look, adding: “Because I did notice that there were all these people doing big makeup looks, and it’s just like me to go against the grain and do the opposite what everyone’s doing.”

And in the spirit of ‘celebrating authenticity’, Anderson has now announced a brand new venture, having joined beauty brand Sonsie Skin as a ‘co-founder new owner’.

Writing about her news on Instagram, she explained: “Sonsie is an emerging, beautiful, vegan & cruelty-free skincare company… with an important message that I want to help share with the world.

“To me, true beauty is about celebrating authenticity… I want to look like myself, feel like myself, and that means taking care of myself – inside and out…

“I believe our differences are what make us beautiful and interesting to one another… The goal is to realize our own purpose on earth… and it starts with believing in ourselves… to have courage… to be what no one else is, and find strength in that – It goes beyond healthy skin.”

She added: “I am so proud to be a part of this world… and on my terms, finally.

“We have so much planned and I cannot wait to share more.

“Just simple, loving skincare for all.”

Anderson later posted a gorgeous make-up free snap, tagging Sonie Skin.

“I took off the mask and the world opened up…” she said in the caption.

Her fans were full of praise for the posts, saying she looked ‘stunning’ and was a ‘light for women everywhere’.

In a poignant comment, one told her: “I love this new chapter and your voice and expression so much. Watching you feels like a treasure.

“I haven’t worn makeup in about ten years. As someone whose face is in the light in different ways – this is actually a part of how I teach.

“Photoshoots, all sorts of things – authenticity and showing the lines of who we are is so important.

“Thanks for hurtling this message into the larger world for women.”

Someone else said: “What a movement @pamelaanderson! I can just feel your whole soul thanking you!!! Like she’s embracing full womanhood, which you’ve always done by the way.”

Burger King, one of the best known fast-food chain restaurants in the world is reevaluating its operations as they are embarking on a transformative journey.

Back in 2021, the fast-food giant underwent its first major transformation in the past 20 years by changing its logo and making it resemble as that used during the 1970s, 80s and 90s.

Speaking of the re-branding, designer Lisa Smith told Dezeen, “We explored a lot of different design territories, but kept coming back to the brand’s original iconic logo from 1969 and 1994 when Burger King looked at its best.”

She continued: “We were inspired by how it has grown to have such an iconic place in culture – from Back to the Future, Gremlins through to more recently Stranger Things and BK’s Warhol campaign.

“The new logo pays homage to the brand’s heritage with a refined design that’s confident, simple and fun.”

In an attempt to keep up with its rivals, Burger King would be closing between 300 and 400 underperforming restaurants, as per CEO Joshua Kobza.

Up until March of 2023, the company shuttered 124 locations, leaving 6,964 restaurants across the country.

Currently, Burger King is the third-biggest fast-food restaurant in the US, losing its second position to Wendy’s, while McDonald’s is on the top.

The question is whether Burger King would not let other chains get in front of them by closing locations. According to the company, the answer is yes.

“There will always be a minority [of franchisees] who aren’t dedicated, enthusiastic operators. We’ll work with them to leave the system and move on to do something else,” Chairman Patrick Doyle says.

“There simply is no room for franchisees who are not willing or able to work hard to operate restaurants that are better than the system average over the long term.”

Their goal is to close the least profitable stores and to focus on the company’s turnaround plan to boost sales and fight its competition.

In an attempt to answer to the challenge of securing its position in the fast-food industry, Burger King introduced the ambitious “Reclaim the Flame” re-branding campaign in 2022, amounting to $400 million in investments which include restaurant renovations, advertising, streamlined menu offerings, and more.

The company’s commitment to modernization is an intensive one and focuses on various technological enhancements, kitchen upgrades, and physical renovations, all for the sake of providing customers with the ultimate experience.

One thing is certain, the company is keeping track with its consumer preferences.

When Jessica Leonard was born, she was a perfectly healthy baby, just like any other child. No one could predict that in the years to come, she would turn into the heaviest seven year old child. Weighting staggering 200 kilograms, Jessica became sort of a celebrity and her name was all over the media, but sadly, for reasons that would make her early years a living hell.

Jessica’s mother, Caroline Shu Tug, recalls her daughter’s first years of life when she was a cheerful girl and a very healthy one. According to her, things turned the wrong turn with the fact that Jessica never refused anything when she was offered food.

Loved by everyone in the family, maybe even more than needed, she was spoiled rotten and everyone would please her wishes of having fast food, a bunch of snacks, cupcakes from the pastry shops, chips and nuts from supermarkets. Jessica would have all these in quite large quantities.

Although her parents don’t recall when the situation got out of control, they remember it was an eye opener for them that their child was in a desperate situation when the scale showed she weighted 220 kilograms at the age of just 7 and experienced troubles breathing.

When she was rushed to East Tennessee Children’s Hospital in critical condition, child protective services finally took notice.

Jessica was broadcast in a show staring like a gimmick. Her mother asked for help and her plead was heard by renowned dietitians and nutritionists.

In an effort to maintain any progress her daughter would hopefully make at the clinic, Carolyn was also asked to attend parenting classes so that she could help her daughter stay on the right track once she was well enough to return home.

Jessica was sent to a clinic where she started a battle for every calorie she ate.

Doctors realized that her issue with food was that she got dependent from it from psychological aspect.

Once at the clinic, Jessica couldn’t figure it out why she was denied food that she would up until that point receive from her family with a smile on their face.

It was long months of diets, exercise, psychological treatments, and strong will that helped Jessica lose a significant amount of weight. The next time the world heard of her, she had lost 140 kilograms.

After losing the weight, Jessica also undergone a skin removal surgery during which doctors removed over 10 kg of excess skin from her body.

Today, Jessica resembles a completely different person. She’s very active, looks slim, and is engaged in gymnastics and basketball. She eats healthy, and leads a healthy lifestyle.

The plot appears to have thickened regarding the perceived mystery swirling around Kate Middleton and her recovery from the “planned abdominal procedure” she underwent in January.

According to strange reports, a number of photo and news agencies – including the Associated Press and Getty Images – have pulled a photo of the Princess of Wales circulated by Kensington Palace on Sunday to celebrate Mother’s Day in the UK.

The reason? Well – and this is where it gets exceedingly weird given the circumstances – there’s strong reason to believe the photo may be a fake.

As per sources, multiple photo agencies have taken the bold step of pulling the photo in question, while AP are said to have handed down a kill notification to journalists and outlets the world over, stating that they have reason to believe the photo may have been manipulated.

Part of AP’s message read: “At closer inspection, it appears that the source has manipulated the image. No replacement image will be sent. Please remove it from all platforms, including social, where it may still be visible.”

The picture in question shows Kate Middleton posing with her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, and at first glance there doesn’t seem to be anything outwardly awry.

However, once armed with the suspicion that not all is as it seems, a number of worrying details are reportedly evident, including an issue with Princess Charlotte’s sleeve cuff, as well as a the zipper on the lefthand side of Kate Middleton’s jacket.

Internet users (more specifically those on X) were able to find further flaws in the photo, suggesting that it was perhaps AI generated, despite the Palace’s insistence that it had been taken by Prince William.

The speculation will hardly be welcomed by the Royal Family, who have been busy trying to quell concerns over Kate Middleton’s health since her surgery in January.

The general lack of information as to the Princess’s condition has left a vacuum that has been exploited by conspiracy theorists adamant that the public is not being told the whole truth.

Kensington Palace released a statement at the time of Kate’s hospitalization insisting that she would remain out of action where royal engagements are concerned until after Easter, but the fact that the Princess had not been seen since Christmas (until a grainy photo was snapped last week) prompted unease in many quarters.

In the wake of alarming conjecture regarding the Princess of Wales’ whereabouts, the Palace were forced to last week reiterate their stance that Kate is recovering well, though this latest farce regarding the Mother’s Day picture will have done little to lend credence to their claim.

John Cena stripped completely naked for a skit at this year’s Oscar’s ceremony in Los Angeles, and boy did the audience love it.

The hilarious gag – performed in tandem with host Jimmy Kimmel – occurred as Cena was to appear on stage to present the Best Costume Design award, for whic the nominees were Poor Things, Oppenheimer, Barbie, Napoleon, and Killers of the Flower Moon.

Kimmel asked the audience: ““Can you imagine if a nude man ran across the stage today? Wouldn’t that be crazy?” The comedian was alluding to an incident where a streaker ran across the stage at the 1974 Academy Awards.

Cena followed Kimmel’s quip by peeking around the curtain and saying: “I changed my mind. I don’t want to do the streaker bit. I just don’t feel right about it. It’s an elegant event, you know, you should feel shame right now for suggesting such a tasteless joke.”

“The male body is not a joke!” the WWE star added.

Ultimately, Cena did inch out onto the stage to present the aforementioned award to the winner, Poor Things, his modesty protected – seemingly – only by the envelope containing the winning nomination.

Shortly following the skit, a social media post revealed that Cena was in fact wearing skin-painted underwear behind the envelope.

“He’s actually wearing skin-painted underwear,” one X user wrote. “Great job by the makeup department.”

“That’s disappointing! I say go all in! Or all out!” another added. “He probably wanted to but was told they couldn’t.

“This guy is getting out of hand,” a third wrote.

Needless to say, Cena’s ‘naked’ appearance caused quite the stir at the Dolby Theater, where the 96th Academy Awards was held, and a fair amount of people online had things to say about it to.

Though Cena himself wasn’t nominated for an Oscar this year, he did have a small part to play in the popular 2023 flick Barbie.

Interestingly, the 46-year-old recently revealed how he had been advised not to take a role in the movie prior to its wildly-successful release.

“The agency is just going on what they know,” Cena said on the Howard Stern Show a few weeks ago.”

“And what they know is: This entity, this commodity gravitates toward these things, we should stay in this lane.

“But I’m not a commodity. I’m a human being, and I operate under the construct of every opportunity is an opportunity,” he went on. “I think the perspective from an agency standpoint was: This is beneath you.”

“But also to the agency’s credit, immediately they acquiesced, and I was like: No we’re going to do it.”

In January, Gary Sinise lost his son, McCanna “Mac” Sinise, to cancer.

He was 33 years old.

Now, the Forrest Gump star shares tear-jerking details about his son’s final days in life.

Gary Sinise, who has helped so many veterans regain harmony in their lives, truly deserves to live in peace and joy.

However, the acclaimed actor has recently endured profound personal pain.

 Gary Sinise Instagram

Two months ago, we were hit by the heartbreaking news of McCanna “Mac” Sinise’s passing, after many years battling cancer. But it is only now that his father, Gary Sinise, is opening up in detail about his son’s final days. In an interview with ET, Gary shares how his son gracefully navigated through the last difficult moments of his life.

To start with, Gary revealed that his son actually completed a music album he had been working on for the past few years. “I bought him his first drum set when he was 9 years old,” Gary recalled in a conversation with ET.

”He played through high school, and then he went to USC Thornton School of Music. He was playing drums all through college and studying songwriting and composition. He created a bunch of pieces of music while he was at college.”

But during the last years of his life, Mac just put them away and didn’t do anything with them. In January 2023, he said, ”Dad, I think I want to try to finish this music that I worked on all those years ago in college.”

Just like his father, Mac was a very skilled and talented musician. He learned to play the harmonica while undergoing cancer treatment. Mac recorded the final parts of his album during his last week in life, and his album is currently being finalized. It will be available for purchase on the Gary Sinise Foundation website. Additionally, it will be streamable for those who wish to listen to it.

Last days of his life

Gary reminisces about the day when Mac had a viewing party. Sadly, it would become a kind of farewell.

”It was a joyful day. The following night, I went on television and talked about Mac. Then the next day, I had to call the ambulance and take him to the hospital,” Gary shares.

Gary Sinise Foundation

But Mac needing to go to the hospital was quite common. He would often spend a few days there, stabilize, and then be able to come home. The family thought that would be the case on this day as well – but they were mistaken. At the hospital, doctors realized the situation was extremely serious, and soon it dawned on the Sinise family that Mac was probably in his last days of life.

Many might think that everything was pitch black in this situation – but Gary points out that Mac found peace in knowing he had done everything he wanted in life.

Sure, there were dark moments, but Mac was a true fighter all the way.

”He was at peace. He was happy at the end of his life. He was joyful… He was smiling,” Gary says.

Forrest Gump story on death bed

In the interview with ET, Gary also revealed a wonderful, heartwarming story about his son. Gary was present during Mac’s last hours of life, but sometimes he needed to take a break and leave his son’s hospital bed.

It was during one of these moments that this little story unfolded.

”I was staying with him at the hospital at the end… I had to step out for something at one point, and I stopped by the nurse’s station on the way in. I said, ‘How’s Mac doing? What’s he’s doing?’ [The nurse said], ‘He’s watching “Forrest Gump” on his phone.’ He was in there watching ‘Forrest Gump.’ It made him feel good. I think it made him feel closer to me sometimes. He would watch it when I was gone,” Gary shared.

Tried 25 different drugs

Gary Sinise, father of three children, shared his son’s rare cancer diagnosis in August 2018.

Mac had started to experience notable pain in his tailbone. At first, he ignored the pain, but eventually he felt compelled to see a doctor. Unfortunately, a massive tumor was discovered on his sacrum, a bone in the lower back. Doctors managed to remove the tumor, but the cancer returned in 2019. The situation worsened, and Mac experienced severe pain during certain periods.

”It was not going to get better. There’s no cure,” Gary shared and added:

”We tried 25 different drugs. These are just drugs that are used on other cancers and the doctors kept trying and they said, ‘As long as you want to keep trying, Mac, we’ll keep trying. We’ll come up with something.’ Mac said, ‘I want to keep trying.’ He was an incredible fighter.”

Gary Sinise Foundation

Eventually, Mac became paralyzed by his illness. He stopped feeling anything from his chest downwards and was unable to walk.

”It’s just the nature of this awful cancer. He was fighting and I wasn’t going to stop fighting for him. I never wanted to think that we were going to lose the battle even though you know that you’re fighting uphill all the way.”

Gary Sinise has repeatedly shared his son’s story, hoping to raise awareness of this terrible form of cancer. Sharing Mac’s story is also a way to keep his memory alive – he was not just a cancer patient but also an incredible and inspiring individual, it seems.

No one should have to pass away at the age of 33, and Gary still finds it hard to believe that his son is no longer by his side.

”It’s hard to even think like that, because somehow it feels like he’s just on vacation, he’s gonna come back.”

Pierce Brosnan attended the latest Oscar Wilde Awards ceremony with his wife, Keely Brosnan, causing quite a stir. Despite Pierce’s fame for his James Bond role and iconic films like “Mamma Mia” and “Mrs. Doubtfire,” it was his wife who captured the public’s attention.

Keely has been accompanying Pierce throughout half of his career, as a friend, lover, and dedicated wife. They got married in 2001 after Pierce’s first wife, Cassandra Harris, passed away in 1991.

Now, Keely and Pierce are happily married with four children — Christopher, 51, and Sean, 40, from Pierce’s previous marriage, and Dylan, 27, and Paris Brosnan, 23, whom the couple share. Aside from being a mother, Keely is also a chef in the kitchen.

“Keely is such a wonderful cook,” said Pierce lovingly about his wife. “I always have the best table in the house when I’m sitting at her table. But date nights are Giorgio Baldi [a restaurant in Santa Monica]. That’s where we had our first date,” added the 70-year-old actor.

Pierce had only kind words to say about his spouse, though the public was not always so kind to Keely. Due to her larger size, she faced bullying on the internet. However, her husband does not care about her looks; he believes that love comes from the heart, regardless of appearance.

“Watching someone grow up with you and grow old with you is a very spiritual journey. To watch each other change … whatever it may be, the hair, the waist. But it’s the love in the heart,” said the actor in an interview about his wife, foreshadowing the changes that were yet to come

After being criticized on the internet for so many years due to her body, Keely showed up to the Oscar Wilde Awards with a drastically slimmer figure. Fans were surprised and flooded the post of the couple’s red carpet looks with weight-related comments.

“Keely looks fantastic. Congratulations on the weight loss,” commented a user. “How much weight Keely lost!” another chimed in“Lost soo much weight,” a commenter agreed.

As Keely was praised for her successful weight loss, one fan couldn’t let go of how the public treated the woman previously. “Didn’t they make fun of her for being overweight?” a user asked.

They did, but despite Keely’s weight, her husband was always there for her with words of affirmation and gratitude for having Keely in his life.

“We like each other a lot. We love each other a lot,” Pierce has said. “And we’ve been down the road, and we’ve seen many, many hardships as families do, as we all do.”

Keely supported Pierce after his previous wife passed away from cancer, being there for him during his darkest times. Hand in hand, they navigated the challenges that come with having a career in Hollywood.

“New York, Radio City, doing Golden Eye, James Bond, you know we have grown up together into this fantasy world and beautiful world of James Bond,” said Pierce. “Our love and life are very much connected to that role.

Now, Pierce is not the only one praising his wife. After their recent outing, fans are in love with Keely’s new look.

“They look awesome, especially his wife,” posted a user. “What a great Bond between them. Awesome,” another commenter remarked“Looking gorgeous and healthy,” a user wrote.

As previously reported on December 21, 2023:

Social media users recently took to Twitter to share their thoughts after the posting of a before and after picture of Pierce Brosnan and his wife, Keely Shaye Smith, where she appeared to have gained weight.

The critic told his followers to avoid marriage in the post, suggesting that women may change their physical appearance through the years after tying the knot.

Fortunately, many of the actor’s fans came to his and Smith’s defense, claiming that love goes above beyond physical appearances. “Yes because staying a size 2 forever is the real meaning behind everlasting love,” one fan wrote.

Another Twitter user countered the critic’s comment, saying that the photos prove that a marriage well taken care of can last. Many others also shared their admiration for Smith, saying she looked beautiful before and now.

“She still looks absolutely fine, she gave him children, she’s faithful to him and is good to him and he is happy with her!” one fan tweeted“I think his wife is attractive in both photos personally,” another said.

Brosnan and Smith have been married for 22 long years, and through the ups and downs, they remain as strong as ever. Brosnan has praised his wife publicly several times and shared how much love they have for each other.

“But watching someone grow up with you and grow old with you is a very spiritual journey. To watch each other change whatever it may be, the hair, the waist. But it’s the love in the heart.,” he said. He also revealed that Smith is a very supportive partner and a wonderful mother.

“Keeley is a journalist, a reporter. She’s an artist in her own right. And as a woman, she has made a family for our sons,” he saidPierce Brosnan shares glimpses of their relationship on social media, showing fans that there is only one woman in his life.

He previously posted a picture with his wife where she looked absolutely stunning in a glittering gold outfit. Her husband sat beside her, looking at her with loving eyes.

Cillian Murphy shares tender kiss with wife as he wins Best Actor

Cillian said he was ‘overwhelmed’ to have won, adding: ‘I’m a very proud Irishman standing here tonight.’ He then lifted his Oscar to the air and was met with huge cheers from the crowd.

The actor also shared a tender kiss with his proud wife, who he first met in the 1990s and tied the knot with in 2004, before heading up to the stage to collect his first Oscar.

Despite his steady rise to global fame over the past few years, Cillian has managed to maintain a low-key family life – thanks in part to the unwavering support of his wife Yvonne.

Appearing on Desert Island Discs, which was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 last month, the actor said his wife has been ‘crucial’ in helping him adapt to Hollywood.

Speaking to host Lauren Laverne, Cillian explained how he found the ‘ancillary aspect’ of being an actor – such as walking red carpets – ‘quite challenging’.

Gushing about his wife, he continued: ‘To have a really secure, solid base is important.

‘You have to have that safe place. I certainly do. It’s just like an island of comfort and ease.’

He told Lauren Laverne: ‘It’s been crucial, honestly.

‘I don’t think I could have done any of the things that we’ve talked about without having them.

‘It’s been the most important thing for me, having those kids and raising them.’

The couple – who have made efforts to shun the spotlight – have now been together for over 28 years.

Cillian and Yvonne first met in the 1990s when he was starring in a play called Disco Pigs, which is about two Irish teenagers and was later adapted into a film.

Following a successful run in Dublin, the play then transferred to Edinburgh, London, Australia and the US, which is how Irish musician Yvonne McGuinness got involved.

Speaking to The Guardian in 2016, the actor – whose parents were teachers – said:

‘That time, making Disco Pigs, was kind of the most important period of my life.

‘The people I met there remain my closest friends.’

‘They shaped me in terms of my tastes, in terms of what I wanted to do with my life. And it was around the same time I met my wife.

‘She came on tour with us. It was so exciting, 20 years ago or whatever it was – we were all just kids, trying to find our way – but such a special, special time.’

Yvonne grew up in Kilkenny, Ireland, and studied at Cork Institute of Technology. In 2001, the couple are said to have moved to London so Yvonne could study for her master’s at the Royal College of Art.

Yvonne’s uncle is the Irish politician Jim McGuinness and her grandfather Michael McGuinness also reportedly was Kilkenny’s longest-serving councillor from 1959-1999.

The couple married in 2004 and reportedly held the ceremony at Yvonne’s father’s vineyard in France.

However, the couple have never publicly commented on this rumour or acknowledged where their wedding took place.

The following year, the couple welcomed their first son Malachy – with Aran following in 2007.

Although the family were living in London at the time, Cillian and Yvonne decided to return to Dublin to raise their young family.

He told The Guardian: ‘We wanted them to be Irish, I suppose. It’s amazing how quickly their accents have adapted.’

In 2005, Cillian also shut down any possibility of him moving to the US for work and praised Yvonne for her continuing support.

He told People magazine: ‘I don’t need to live in Los Angeles. I’d be tremendously far away from my family — I’d never see them.’

While Cillian’s career skyrocketed over the past two decades, Yvonne has also created short films and other experimental artwork.

The mother-of-two’s bio on her website reads: ‘She has an interest in embodied experience of place and belonging by staging live, public, interventions and performances which create surreal and dynamic moments of interaction and connection to place, time and communities.’

Last summer, Cillian revealed it was Yvonne’s idea to adapt Claire Keegan’s novel Small Things Like These into a film.

Speaking to The Guardian in a separate interview, Cillian remembered telling her: ‘No, there’s no way [the rights would be available]. That’s going to be gone already.’

Much to his delight, Cillian’s agent told him the book rights hadn’t been purchased – which prompted him to pitch the idea to Matt Damon, who has his own studio.

At Sunday’s Academy Awardsm Yvonne channelled dark glamour as she donned an inky black gown.

The Irish visual artist opted for a theatrical shoulderless gown, the neckline of which descended into puffy sleeves.

The cinched bodice also flowed out into a fitted skirt. Yvonne accessorised her monochrome look with a choker necklace. She accessorised with a clutch and simple jewellery, adding a pop of grunge with some black nail polish.

Yvonne matched her make-up to the gothic aesthetic with a red lipstick and smokey eyes. The mother-of-two tied her chestnut tresses back as she held her husband’s hand for the occasion.

Earlier this year, Yvonne also joined her husband as he won Best Actor for his role in Oppenheimer at the Golden Globes.

After his win was announced, Yvonne jumped out of her seat and gave her husband a quick kiss – prompting him to joke about the red lipstick on her mouth during his speech.

During his acceptance speech, Cillian dubbed himself ‘the luckiest man’ as he spoke directly to his wife and children.

‘To my family, I’m the luckiest man and I love you,’ he said.

The week before, the actor paid tribute to Yvonne and their sons while honored with the Desert Palm Achievement Award at the Palm Springs International Film Awards.

He said: ‘Two-thirds of them are sitting down there. We had to leave one of them at home doing exams.

‘But just thanks for putting up with me — putting up with the half me and the shadow me and the absent me, the remains of me when I’m doing a film like this or work in general. You’re always there. I love it. So thanks, guys.’

During his appearance on BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs, Cillian admitted he has ‘struggled’ with walking red carpets in the past.

He added: ‘It is still not something I’m totally at ease with. You have to choose to enjoy it and I think you can do that in your brain. Just make that alteration and it’s easier then.’

However, he did go on to say that having Yvonne with him this year has made it easier.

He added: ‘I’ve had my wife and kids with me and that’s been lovely. You’d be an idiot not to enjoy it. Go with it, that’s my attitude.’

Elsewhere, Cillian paid loving tribute to his wife and their life together.

He told Lauren Laverne: ‘It’s been crucial, honestly. I don’t think I could have done any of the things that we’ve talked about without having them.

The A-List actor went on to say that having a ‘secure, solid base’ has been really important to him and functions as a ‘safe place’ amid the madness of fame.

During the interview, Cillian also admitted he was ‘relieved’ the BBC drama had ended in 2002 but is now ‘totally’ on board with a movie adaptation.

Cillian also hinted that the programme’s writer, Steven Knight, had more stories to tell about the Birmingham-based Shelby clan and their criminal activities between the 1880s and 1910s.

He explained: ‘I have always said that if Knight delivers a script that I know he can deliver, because he is such a phenomenal writer, I’ll be there. If we want to watch 50-year-old Tommy Shelby, let’s do it.’

Seth Rogen opened up about his choice not to become a father and his ‘very happy’ life with wife Lauren Miller, who he wed in 2011 after seven years of dating.

After he was asked if he would be might be ‘happier’ if he had children, the 40-year-old Superbad actor said he didn’t ‘think it would’ and credits the decision for helping him ‘succeed’ in Hollywood over the past two decades.

While speaking about discussions between him and his spouse as they get older, the comedian said: ‘Now, more than anything, the conversation is honestly, thank God we don’t have children.’

‘We get to do whatever we want, we are in the prime of our lives, we are smarter than we’ve ever been, we understand ourselves more than we ever have, we have the capacity to achieve a level of work and a level of communication and care for one another, and a lifestyle we can live with one another that we’ve never been able to live before,’ he said on Steven Bartlett‘s The Diary of a CEO podcast.

The filmmaker continued: ‘And we can just do that and we don’t have to raise a child, which the world does not need right now.’

Overall, Rogen noted: ‘Me and my wife seem to get a lot more active enjoyment out of not having kids than anyone I know seems to get out of having kids.’

‘I’ve been around, obviously, a lot of children, I’m not ignorant to what it’s like to… I’ve seen everyone I know [have] kids, I’m 40. Some of my friends have had kids for decades, you know?’ Rogen pointed out. ‘Some people want kids. Some people don’t want kids.’

The star also stated that ‘a lot of people have kids before they even think about it.’

His interview comes two years after he said that his wife ‘wants kids less than’ him on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show.

The Knocked Up star insisted that parenthood would prevent them from being ‘able to do all this work that’ he likes.

‘We’re f*****g psyched all the time. We’re lying in bed on Saturday mornings smoking weed, like watching movies naked – if we had kids we could not be f*****g be doing this,’ he mused.

‘There is no one whose child is giving them as much joy as we are right now getting because we do not have a kid,’ the actor added.

Howard, who has three daughters, says as a parent you can’t be narcissistic and ‘give yourself over to parenting,’ and the kids have to be the ‘priority.’

Seth and Lauren began dating in 2004 after meeting on the show Da Ali G Show; he appeared on six episodes of the show.
